Job Description

  • Managing and expanding the food service/ HORECA channels clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth in the FMCG sector.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English is required.
