About Our Client
Our client is a leading E & M engineering group in Hong Kong which provides multi-disciplinary and comprehensive E & M engineering, BMS, elevating & smart energy technology services to a wide range of projects and sectors in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China.
- Responsible for sales and marketing of Security and ELV or BMS solutions
- Develop Key Customers connection including Contractors, Consultants, Property Management and Developers
- Responsible for pre-sales activities such as customer visit, solution selling and presentation
- Develop strong network with customers and expand customer base
- Responsible for tender estimation, preparation and submission
The Successful Applicant
- Degree or above in Intelligent Building Technology, Electronic Engineering, IT or related discipline
- Relevant sales experience of 2 years or above, exposure in building services will be an advantage.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Independent and aggressive in meeting with targets
- Strong analytical mind with good customer service skills
