The ideal candidate will develop consumer-focused sales strategies, oversee sales management and operations, and ensure global alignment with local and regional relevance.Job DescriptionAs the leader of a team, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:- Assume accountability for the Hong Kong region, including the introduction of relevant product collaborations and limited-edition collections, and drive increased sales at full price while maximizing SKU productivity.- Establish a regional framework and processes for analyzing consumer behavior, competition, and market trends in product development, pricing, and delivery.- Evaluate potential opportunities and challenges based on market performance, customer feedback, and market demands across different regions and divisions.- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure assortment planning aligns with the brand's vision and optimize product offerings.- Work closely with the Product team and local markets to develop Asia-specific fit strategies and seasonal styles tailored for the market.- Continuously improve merchandising systems and processes and provide guidance on pricing, margins, and financial targets as needed.- Collaborate with the Business Planning team and local markets on managing budgets.- Engage with all sales channels to monitor market trends, create an Asia Pacific calendar, and identify key product strategies and flagship product programs.- Build and lead a high-performing team by setting individual and team goals, providing clear instructions, and offering regular feedback.The Successful Applicant- Hold a bachelor's degree.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the luxury retail industry.- Previous experience in managing the Hong Kong market.- Strong product knowledge and expertise in developing go-to-market strategies.- Demonstrated track record of conducting research and analysis related to product trends and distribution channels.- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, displaying strong leadership skills, interpersonal abilities, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.What's on Offer This role offers exceptional growth opportunities and a rewarding career path within a dynamic, multinational corporation.
