Sales Director, Overseas Market - Plastic Machinery
About Our Client
Our client is a listed company providing professional machinery technologies to the plastics industry. With their established brand and expanding business across the globe, they are further investing to accelerate their business. Therefore, they are now looking for a Sales leader to join their Overseas team to further spearhead the growth. This is a great opportunity for professionals in the industry to take on a large scope as their Sales Director.
The Sales Director will report to the Sales Board in the company. The main responsibility of the role will be developing market entry strategies and business plans in Southeast Asia, Europe and Middle East. To do that, you will need to review and modify the current distribution channel strategies and sales plan. This role would be a sales leadership position, you will be motivating your team to optimize their performance. You will also be working closely with the Marketing and Product leaders to ensure customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant must have at least 10 years of sales management experience in Machinery Industry. Solid track record in the plastic industry will be an advantage. You must demonstrate your regional experience in developing new business channels/ customers from scratch. As this is a regional position, the successful applicant should be an ambitious self-starter who is willing to travel frequently.
