The Sales Director will report to the Country Director and be responsible for managing the sales team and develop new and existing business for the company's key products, including telecom WAN and ICT services and digital solutions. This person needs to supervise the sales team to generate new revenue aggressively and manage all stages of the sales cycle in order to meet the annual sales quota assigned. This role's responsibility also includes managing high level customer relationship and ensuring customer satisfaction by communicating with customers at a senior management/director level.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years people management experience in account management or sales in telecommunication, ICT or SI industries. This person will need to have strong sales track record. Experience in regional carriers, MPLS, unified communications, video conferencing, network optimization, security solutions, infrastructure integration or working with MNC experience will be an added advantage. This candidate need to be able to work together with teams across the company and regions to make sure the team achieving the assigned target. Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must.
