About Our Client
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical contract manufacturing organization that is a prominent player in the market. They are looking for an established Sales Director or Sales Manager to join them in leading the sales strategy and development of their business, on a global level.
The Sales Director or Sales Manager will be responsible for the global strategic development for the organization. They will be formulating short and long term strategy to grow the business, identify business opportunities and to negotiate and sign new partners and clients. This person must have a strong network in the pharmaceutical industry and will be working to deepen relationships with global clients. You will be building a team and leading them to ensure the business goals and company objectives. This position will attend relevant events and help expand the company brand name.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant must have a strong background in pharmaceutical CMO/CMDO. You must have a strong sales track record in new business development, signing on large projects and managing key accounts. You must have a strong network in this industry, candidates without this will not be considered. This person needs to be an entrepreneur who is hands-on and excited by building a new area of business. Strong leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills are needed for this role. Fluency in English is required for this role.
