About Our Client
Our client is a renowned biotechnology company with a strong presence. Our client is a stable and strong company and they are now expanding a new team and is looking for a Sales Director to lead this team. This is an exciting new business development opportunity!
The position is a business development position suitable for entrepreneurial individuals. This person will work closely with C-level management to set the direction and strategy for this new business unit. You will help to develop and grow a team for long-term success. The Sales Director will plan and devise objectives for the team and will also be highly involved in developing clients and achieving business goals. You will lead the team in developing diagnostics and ethical sales channels, representing the company and will provide support and ongoing education.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant must have at least 10 years of experience within the diagnostics, medical, pharmaceutical or medical device industry. You must have a proven track record in management, sales and have business development experience. Candidates must have strong communication and entrepreneurial skills and you must have a strong business and strategic mindset. Fluency in Cantonese and English is necessary.
