Job Description

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building strategic relationships with enterprise clients across industries. You will identify and engage prospects, deliver compelling product presentations, and close deals that contribute to the company's revenue growth. Initially focused on the Hong Kong market, you will also play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for APAC expansion. Collaboration with product, marketing, and leadership teams will be essential to align sales efforts with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or market intelligence platforms. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets, strong consultative selling skills, and familiarity with enterprise sales cycles are essential. Experience in the Hong Kong market is required, and regional exposure across APAC is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are critical, along with a passion for innovation and data-driven solutions.
