Job Description

As the Sales & Customer Service Manager, you will take charge of all sales and service operations, ensuring flawless execution and outstanding customer satisfaction. You'll develop strategies to capture new business opportunities, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships. Your role will involve monitoring performance metrics, managing service requirements, and collaborating across departments to deliver tailored solutions. You'll also champion continuous improvement, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The Successful Applicant

You are a seasoned professional with a bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality or Catering Management,and at least 8 years of experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the airline, hotel, or catering sectors. You bring strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, combined with excellent communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. You thrive under pressure, inspire teams, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
