As a large organization, they offer a structured environment that fosters professional growth and developmentJob DescriptionAs a 'Sales Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)', your main responsibilities will include:Update Salesforce database with key investor, and meeting details including follow up notes, feedback, contact details, etc.Generate reports including fund pipelines, progress of investors by geography, investor type, fund strategy.Provide interested investors with access to fund datarooms (i.e. Intralinks)Send diligence packets to specific investors copying appropriate internal team membersCreate meeting agendas for in person, and virtual investor meetingsAssist in creating marketing plans / market research on funds & investors, using third party vendors incl. Preqin, Pitchbook, etc.Craft and refine invitation lists, invitation emails for webinars/eventsAssist with investor requests, where appropriate, with Project Management and other teams within the FirmThe Successful ApplicantA successful 'Sales Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)' should have:Proficiency in Japanese and English1-5 years of total experience, preference for financial services / sales experienceKnowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM system), Intralinks (or other data room system), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong attention to detail and high-performing work ethicSelf-starter, proactive initiative to anticipate needs of investors and Senior Relationship ManagersAble to work in a fast-paced, team environment with strict deadlinesSeeking to gain exposure to financial/markets and alternatives including private equity, credit and real assetsPosition offers high exposure to institutional investors, Senior Management, Fund Heads/Portfolio Managers, Senior Relationship ManagersWhat's on OfferGain broad experience to all aspects of private equity, real estate and credit strategies marketing and will have exposure to the largest dedicated team of investment professionals focused on the small to mid-cap segment.The candidate will be an integral part of the Investor Relations team and provide critical assistance to the team.Exposure to a global teamA work environment that values professional growth and developmentComprehensive training and development programsA supportive and inclusive company cultureWe encourage all eligible candidates in the Central District to apply and be a part of our dedicated team in the financial services industry.
