About Our Client

Our client is seeking passionate and experienced Sales Associates to join the launch team of a prestigious luxury fragrance brand in Hong Kong. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, conveying the brand story and fragrance aesthetics, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and a genuine interest in fragrance products.

Job Description

  • Greet customers and provide professional fragrance recommendations to help them select suitable products
  • Communicate the brand's philosophy and product stories to enhance customer experience and brand engagement
  • Support daily store operations including cashiering, restocking, visual merchandising, and inventory control
  • Participate in store opening events and promotional activities to drive traffic and sales
  • Maintain store cleanliness and uphold the brand's luxury image and display standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and after-sales service to build strong client relationships
  • Assist with sales reporting and other tasks assigned by management

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 1 year of retail or beauty/fragrance industry experience (luxury brand experience preferred)
  • Passionate about fragrance culture with strong product knowledge or willingness to learn
  • Well-groomed, courteous, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
  • Good command of Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
  • Proactive, sales-driven, and a strong team player
