About Our Client
Our client is an innovative medical device company who is launching their brand new cutting-edge technology in the Hong Kong market. They are a US company who has notably gained recognition for their product internationally. They are now looking for a strong sales professional in the healthcare industry to join them in this important position.
This position requires a self-starter to take on the critical responsibility within the Hong Kong business. The Sales and Marketing Manager will work closely with the management team to launch this product to the market. You will be involved in developing and setting the strategic direction and business plans. You will be leading a small team to drive sales, marketing and branding through identifying business opportunities, developing new sales channels and growing the recognition of the product. This role will be required to work with internal and external parties to provide product, sales and clinical trainings to clients. You will liaise with KOLs in the market and must maintain a strong and long-term relationship. Using strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will need to enhance key customer relationships, company branding and provide support and ongoing education.
The Successful Applicant
This role demands an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to lead a team through strong coaching, communication and development. A minimum of 8 years of medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is required. Additionally, this candidate must have at least 3 years of management experience. This position must have strong connections in the OBGYN or oncology market in Hong Kong. Candidates with product launch experience will be highly preferable. My client would like to hire a self-starter with a strong sales track record and a strategic mind-set. Fluency in Cantonese and English is necessary.
