Job Description

  1. Order Processing and Management:
    • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of chemical materials to customers.
    • Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics and production, to fulfill customer orders promptly.
    • Maintain order records, track shipments, and provide updates to customers as necessary.
    • Handle any order-related inquiries or issues, collaborating with the sales team to find suitable resolutions.

  2. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to the sales team and management.
    • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and identify trends or areas for improvement.
    • Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budget reports, and sales presentations as required.
    • Support the sales team in preparing and submitting regular sales activity reports.

  3. Sales Administration and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
    • Assist in managing the sales database and CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
    • Coordinate sales-related meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
    • Provide administrative support for sales-related events, such as trade shows or customer visits.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • Proven experience in a sales administration or sales support role, preferably in the chemical materials industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and interpret sales data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints.
