About Our Client
Our client is a international company for electrical appliances. Due to recent market expansion, they are looking for candidate with dynamic personality with high caliber to join them as Retail Training Manager.
- According to the actual situation, set up the training system and make the annual training plan.
- Work with relevant departments in product development / concept and new product trial.
According to the needs of business, prepare and release training materials (including online platform). Carry out curriculum development and training projects, and conduct evaluation.
- Lead the team to carry out on-site training, get feedback from first line to optimize and improve the competitive power of retail sales team.
- Assist in developing and managing subordinates, and conduct programs to ensure quality & effectiveness.
Acquire competitive product knowledge and analyze product advantages and disadvantages, and keep insight into market information.
The Successful Applicant
Ÿ Bachelor degree or above.
Ÿ More than 3 years of retail training management experience in communication industry or other consumer goods industry.
Ÿ Good ability of document making and training material development.
Ÿ Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
