About Our Client
Our client is a well known beauty brand looking for an energetic and experienced Retail Sales Operation Manager to lead the team.
Job Description
Reporting to the brand GM, you will:
- Manage all retail stores and counters of around 15, including all front line store managers and staff
- Monitor and drive sales performance and KPI, managing store inventory
- Keep abreast of competitor activity and work closely with internal teams for marketing events and product launches
- Recruit, train and motivate your team to ensure the team can grow within the brand
- Manage brand P&L and explore opportunities to expand the brand presence in the market
- Ensure stores adhere to brand retail excellence standards
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 8 years of retail operations experience within the beauty industry
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent business acumen, good business sense with a drive to succeed
- Energetic, solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
