About Our Client
My client is a luxury retailer brand and is looking for a retail manager to manage its entire retail operations.
Job Description
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve business targets in terms of profitability, service standards, and business development
- Review, design, execute, and improve current processes and coordinate organisation's procedures for optimised efficiency and productivity
- CRM Strategy development: Plan and deliver CRM strategies; drive business via members acquisition and activations via various CRM marketing mix
- Lead the store manager to work collaboratively in order to maximise the manpower resources
- Handle HR matters for Operations Team such as attendance record, duty roster, documents follow-up etc
- Managing P & L, revenue forecasts, sales analysis data, operating reports and KPI setting
- In charge of the daily routine spot check for maintaining housekeeping and healthy stock take
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma in relevant discipline
- 6 - 10 years of experience in retail and store management
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation
- Goal oriented and possess entrepreneur mindset
- Ability to initiate changes according to trends and culture
