Job Description

As a Leasing Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing leasing activities, including tenant sourcing and lease negotiations.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Preparing and reviewing leasing agreements and related documents.
  • Conducting market research to stay updated on property trends in Hong Kong.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to meet leasing targets and objectives.
  • Monitoring and reporting on leasing performance metrics.
  • Resolving tenant inquiries and addressing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring compliance with local property regulations and company policies

The Successful Applicant

A successful Leasing Officer should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in real estate, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in leasing or property management, preferably within the property industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing leasing documents.
  • Knowledge of Hang Kong's property market and regulations.
