Job Description

Role Overview:

  • In this role, you will lead the full spectrum of retail and event marketing initiatives across the region, creating meaningful brand moments that enhance visibility, client engagement, and business performance.
  • Responsible for developing and executing premium events (such as VIP events, Pop-up, Customer events) , brand activations, and strategic partnerships, managing every detail with precision through close collaboration with agencies, production partners, and internal teams.
  • Drive captivating in‑store animations and retail activations that attract new audiences, deepen customer loyalty, and reinforce the brand's luxury positioning, while providing retail teams with relevant creative assets, campaign materials, and tactical support.
  • A critical part of the role includes strengthening exposure through powerful landlord collaborations-securing premium mall placements, maintaining up‑to‑date brand content, responding efficiently to marketing requests, and leveraging VIP programs to widen client reach.
  • Continuously monitor competitor movements, mall activities, and market trends to inform future strategies, while also supporting essential marketing touchpoints such as seasonal lightbox and video updates, regional newsletter coordination, and the accuracy of online brand listings across key digital platforms.



The Successful Applicant

Who we're looking for:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in marketing within the premium fashion industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms and analytic tool
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion in Fashion.
  • Proficient in spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
