About Our Client
Our client is one of the most highly recognized institutions in the world having been a key market maker in various financial products.
Reporting to the Partner of their Executive Resourcing team, this role will work within the Global Private Banking team to support the overall recruitment strategy and operations for the team. This includes initial screening, shortlisting, and interviewing - working directly with line managers and senior stakeholders within the business to understand the hiring needs of their teams. You will also have to work with them to drive the employer branding strategy and build positive relationships with your internal clients.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be a degree holder with at least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring in the senior financial services market. You will have an in-depth understanding of recruitment practices, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels. Critical to your success will be your detailed understanding of contemporary recruitment systems and practices, while have the confidence to influence key decision makers.
