About Our Client

Our client is a sizeable HK manufacturing company with a strong industry reputation and a large finance team. They are one of the leading businesses. They are currently looking for an Reporting Controller to support their growing business in Hong Kong and China.

Job Description

  • Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies and policies.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with business objectives.
  • Help manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Supervise junior finance staff and support their development.
  • Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and financial efficiency improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Qualified Accountant is a must.
  • Audit firm trained is preferred
  • 10-12 years of experience in well-rounded finance positions at manufacturing firm
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
