About Our Client

Our client is one of the largest American Investment/ Private banks, headquartered in New York City. They are now looking for a Regulatory Relations Associate to join their team to support regulatory relations in HKMA/ SFC exam.

Job Description

  • Responsible for regulatory compliance and regulatory relations to manage HKMA/SFC exams
  • Manage daily work contact with regulatory authorities e.g. HKMA, SFC etc. and coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance with regulators' request, self-assessments and surveys
  • Prepare responses, filing and documentation by coordinating with internal parties
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by his/her supervisors

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or relevant discipline
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in regulatory compliance and working with regulatory authorities within international bank
  • Strong knowledge in HKMA and SFC regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a great team player
