This role is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record in managing wine or premium beverage distribution networks and driving growth in diverse markets.Job DescriptionAs the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:Developing and managing distributor and importer networks across Asia, with strong emphasis on Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, and more.Driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.Building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to ensure brand visibility and portfolio growth.Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share in premium wine segments.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement promotional programs and ensure compliance with local regulations.Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.The Successful ApplicantMinimum 5+ years of sales management experience in the wine or alcoholic beverage industry.Proven experience in managing wine or premium beverage distribution across multiple Asian markets, with strong expertise in Thailand.Established network of distributors and key accounts in the region.Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop effective go-to-market strategies.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.Passion for wine and ideally professional wine training (WSET Level 2 or above).Proficiency in any major Asian language an advantage, especially Chinese, Japanese or Korean.Ability to travel extensively across the region.What's on OfferThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading wine brand and play a pivotal role in its growth across Asia.
