About Our Client

Our client is a Hong Kong headquartered company providing sustainable energy with offices across the globe. They have an aggressive plan to grow with high business potential from the market.

To support their business expansion, they are currently looking for a smart, independent, and proactive TA Manager, hands on recruitment for international markets, with strong stakeholder management and experience developing policies join their team. He / she will take up regional searches for corporate office, senior executive levels across different international markets, driving recruitment strategies, policies and process review, Operational Excellence, taking up projects for employer branding and other initiatives.

Job Description

  • Work closely with Head of TA to develop and drive a wide range of TA strategies, workforce and talent planning as well as recruitment activities for the international markets
  • Manage end to end recruitment process for managerial level or above in corporate office across the region in a professional manner
  • Develop recruitment initiatives aligning with business strategy and organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with recruitment agencies, manage their effective service delivery in alignment with our strategic human capital goals in recruitment and business needs
  • Ensure a seamless, efficient and consistent candidate experience at every touchpoint
  • Act as the ambassador to position the firm as an Employer of Choice and create a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process
  • Share best practices for hiring to enhance the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding
  • Provide the hiring managers with market intelligence regarding the talent community/ the competition and industry trends

The Successful Applicant

  • Native English and Chinese - either Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Degree holder in HR or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum of 8 years of solid talent acquisition experience for technical hire from manufacturing businesses / chemical industry, with regional exposure
  • Experience working on talent related projects would be ideal
  • Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management ability
  • Effective interpersonal skills with strategic mindset
  • Independent, confident, strong problem solving and organization skills
