Our client is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join a leading MNC organisation. The ideal candidate will oversee financial management of regional scope and contribute to the strategic growth of the company.

Job Description

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with regional leadership to support strategic decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital for the region.
  • Lead and mentor regional finance team members.
  • Coordinate with corporate finance for consolidations and reporting.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with CPA qualification
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience with external audit background
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
