Responsibilities include managing financial accounts, budgets, and reports; ensuring regulatory compliance; reviewing and analyzing financial data from associates and joint ventures; supervising shareholder reporting; tax planning and strategy development; supporting sustainability reporting; monitoring business operations and conducting performance analysis; and managing ad-hoc projects such as M&A transactions.
