About Our Client
Our client is an international company, with offices around the globe. They are renowned for their innovative and popular toys, winning numerous awards in the industry. With their established brand and expanding business in Asia Pacific, they are looking to further invest and accelerate their business. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter to take on a large scope as their Regional Sales Manager.
My client is establishing this new role for a Regional Sales Manager to manage their business within the Asia region. Your role will consist of managing distributors, strengthening long term relationships and driving the business through managing key accounts and new business development. It is key to be able to build strong relationships with existing partners, supporting them to drive revenue and adhere to the brand's objectives. You will be a brand ambassador and will be responsible for travelling to tradeshows and events. You will also take on a role to build new business opportunities and sales channels. This position will have a high aspect of travel.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have international or regional exposure and is currently based in Hong Kong. You must be from toys, baby care, children's products or similar industry backgrounds. This person must have very strong experiences in sales, previously distributor management role on a regional basis. You must be a self-starter and have an ability to work in a flexible environment. You must be proactive, creative and have a strong sales track record. Fluency in English is required.
