About Our Client
Global leading company of motion control intelligence solution.Worldwide sales and support network: North America, Europe, and APAC
1.Responsible for all Regional Sales activities.
2.Develop and deploy a Regional business plan that details new business opportunities and sustainable growth.
3.Responsible for reviewing, following and modify the area business plan.
4.Maintain, contact and visit regularly, existing customers.
5.CRM Way of Life - use theCRM to document all Sales Customer Activity
6.Engage the sales team and sales support in searching and identifying newOEM prospects and handling them.
7.Utilize company technical staff to assist in satisfying potential customer's application needs.
8.Participate in identifying and Sharing market trends, future customer needs and defined future company products and solutions - provide the information to HQ.
9.Responsible for reporting regional activities to the Subsidiary Manager
10.Handling all incoming Regional Sales Leads. Follow up on quotes and orders in Region.
The Successful Applicant
1. 5+ years Sales experience in related industry.
2.Understanding of servo and automation systems.
3.B.sc Degree in Mechatronics / Electricity / Software / Quality / Environmental Condition.
4.Self-Starter Ability. Excellent planning skills for efficient performance.
5.Excellent communication, Negotiation skills.
