About Our Client
Our client is a fun and dynamic international beauty and cosmetics group with a strong business around the world. They focus on providing quality and innovative products to their customers. They are further investing and developing their Asia Pacific business and is now looking to recruit and additional Regional Sales Manager to join their team.
My client is looking for a strong sales professional to take on this regional position. You will be responsible for managing partners, key accounts and distributors across different countries in Asia Pacific. You will build strong partnerships and support distributors in growing the brand, business and further driving market growth. This person will work closely with top management team to further develop strategic sales plans and understand where the growth opportunities lies within each region. You will expand develop the and will ensure the company's objectives on branding and sales are met. This is a hands-on role and requires someone with strong entrepreneurial spirit.
The Successful Applicant
You must have at least 6 years of experience in the beauty and colour cosmetics industry in a regional role. You must have strong distributor management experience and have a track record in developing and driving business in different markets. This person must be a self-starter with excellent sales management skills. You must also possess strong communication skills, business acumen and interpersonal skills. You must be proactive, creative and have a strong sales track record. Fluency in English is required while Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred.
