About Our Client
Our client is a multinational company specialing in e-commerce, retail and technology. It owns the largest B2B platform for SME such as trading companies and manufactures. This platform was established 20 years ago and has since been developing progressively. Currently this business unit has offices all over China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and South East Asian countries. The sales team in Hong Kong consist of about 20 people.
The key responsibilities of this Regional Sales Head includes managing the sales team to grow customer portfolio aggressively, building and maintaining channels and suppliers, maintaining relationship with different parties and clients, and promoting the company's unique branding. This person will need to work closely with the team in order to coach them and motivate them for the assigned sales target. This person is responsible for the overall P&L of the Hong Kong sales and the overall branding strategy of the company's product.
The Successful Applicant
The perfect candidate will need to have at least 5 years experience in being a sales team leader, optimally a large team with more than 10 sales. This person needs to be able to work smartly and has the "never give up" attitude. This person will pay close attention to team culture and company's branding strategy when building sustainable relationship with partners. The perfect candidate will be a result oriented leader with vision and a positive attitude. Good communication skills and fluency in Chinese and English are must. Native Cantonese is highly preferred.
