Regional Sales Director - Consumer Electronics/ Lifestyle
About Our Client
Our client is a well-known, global consumer electronics and lifestyle brand. They are currently expanding their team and will be recruiting a senior sales management professional. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a new strategic role!
The Regional Sales Director is a hands-on position that will work very closely with the exciting team. They will be responsible for analyzing the market, developing and executing business strategies and plans. You will work closely with distributors, retailers and partners across the Asia Pacific region, developing strong relationships, monitoring progress and ensuring company's set objectives are achieved. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving business growth. This position requires high amounts of travel at around 50%.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have at least 10 years of experience within the consumer electronics industry and have at least 5 years of regional management experience. This person must have a proven track record in driving distributors and key accounts. You must be a self-starter with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. You must be a strong team player. This role requires someone who is proactive, creative and hands-on. Fluency in English is required.
