As a Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent brand standards and maximising profitability.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement retail operational strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectivesOversee the performance of multiple retail locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policiesMonitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and drive sales growthCollaborate with cross-functional teams include Production, Sales & Marketing, Logistics etc. to develop and implement effective production, marketing and promotional campaignsProvide leadership and guidance to retail store managers, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high employee engagementEnsure efficient inventory management, optimise stock levels, and minimise stock lossImplement and maintain excellent customer service standards across all retail locationsMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competitionPrepare reports and present findings to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvementThe Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related fieldAt least 10 years F&B Retail Operations experience, preferably with regional and multi-stores levelDemonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing retail operationsStrong business acumen and understanding of financial principlesExcellent leadership and people management skillsAbility to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsHighly fluent in English, Mandarin and CantoneseFlexibility to travelWhat's on OfferAttractive package will be offered to the shortlisted candidate.
