About Our Client

Our client is a Leading Western HORECA company with great international market presence. They are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Retail Operations Director to oversee their retail operations across multiple locations in APAC. As a Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent brand standards and maximising profitability.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement retail operational strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee the performance of multiple retail locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams include Production, Sales & Marketing, Logistics etc. to develop and implement effective production, marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Provide leadership and guidance to retail store managers, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high employee engagement
  • Ensure efficient inventory management, optimise stock levels, and minimise stock loss
  • Implement and maintain excellent customer service standards across all retail locations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Prepare reports and present findings to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • At least 10 years F&B Retail Operations experience, preferably with regional and multi-stores level
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing retail operations
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Flexibility to travel
