About Our Client

Our client, a fast‑growing fashion retail group, is seeking an experienced Regional Retail Manager to lead retail operations across Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving commercial performance, expanding store presence, and elevating brand positioning across the Greater Bay Area (GBA).

Job Description

As the Regional Retail Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of fashion brands, ensuring strong operational excellence, high‑performing teams, and exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in developing business strategies, partnering with major malls and developers, and supporting retail expansion across the region.

  • Oversee and manage retail operations across Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou.
  • Develop annual sales budgets and targets; drive execution across stores to achieve business goals.
  • Optimize daily store operations to maximize sales, efficiency, and brand visibility.
  • Build strong relationships with major shopping malls and developers to secure prime locations and lead negotiations on tenancy agreements.
  • Drive new store openings, renovations, and enhancements of existing stores.
  • Strengthen overall brand positioning and consumer engagement in the GBA region.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to shape sales strategies and expansion plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate store teams to deliver outstanding commercial results and service excellence.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 10 years of retail management experience in fashion; luxury or premium brand experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in tenancy negotiations, mall partnerships, store openings, and end‑to‑end retail operations.
  • Strong skills in market analysis, operations management, marketing, and brand promotion.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team‑management capabilities.
  • Highly resilient, results‑driven, self‑motivated, and accountable.
  • Based in Hong Kong with frequent travel required within the Greater Bay Area.
  • High proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
