Job Description

As a Regional Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing multiple retail outlets within the Kowloon region to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring and analyzing store metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinating with store managers to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Conducting regular store visits to provide guidance and support to teams.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost efficiency across all retail outlets.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing store leadership to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align operations with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and logistics teams to support store success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Operations Manager should have:
