About Our Client

Our client is a well-established aesthetics company with a rapidly growing global presence. To cope with the company's expansion and market demands, they are now looking for a Regional Medical Liaison Officer to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong.

Job Description

The Regional Medical Liaison Officer will report to the General Manager, APAC and be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs, leading and managing the training programs to establish and expand the brand's authority within the industry.

  • Serve as product expert to provide product training to prominent clinicians, staff members and international distributors and address their scientific inquiries about the products.
  • Create Regional Medical Education programs, which include hands-on labs, whitepapers, webinars, podium presentations, etc., in line with strategy.
  • Collaborate with Academy Director & Global Medical Liaison for appropriate KOL presentations.
  • Work closely with commercial team and cross functional team such as Clinical Affairs, R&D to ensure smooth delivery of marketing materials and implementation of commercial strategy
  • Work collaboratively with peers and partners to lead assigned primary product development initiatives.
  • Identify influential experts in medicine or research relevant to the products, such as senior physicians, professors, and regional Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Cultivate peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs, manage all aspects of KOLs, including surgeons, OR nurses, ensuring that the database and all information is up to date and accurate.
  • Gather information from KOLs on how they use our products and those of our competitors.
  • Stay current with the latest scientific research and clinical data relevant to the field.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry standards regarding interactions with HCPs and ACCME guidelines.
  • Provide a monthly report on key activities, accomplishments, and upcoming projects.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have an Advanced Degree (preferably RPh, PharmD, MS, DO, MSN, PA, NP) and a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in medical beauty/medical device industry including 3 years of medical education and training experience required.

Scientific expertise in a relevant therapeutic area is highly preferred.

Well-presented with excellent communications skills and passionate about teaching and training.

Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is required.
