Regional Marketing Manager
About Our Client
Our client is globally famous player in HVAC Industry.
* Serve as key regional role in pre-sales activities, and prepare bidding solutions, and attend bidding Q & A, solution and cost optimization. Work with product managers and application team to develop regional level and account level sales tools and customized solutions, esp. support regional C-store and dealer accounts.
* Work with product manager and regional sales leaders to define and co-implement regional new product launch plan and selling strategy by segment and accounts (including sales training and test, dealer and customer seminars, regional trade shows, regional association activities, trainings and end user campaign etc.)
* Support product managers to conduct VOC for new product planning, as well as regional account customized requirement and planning.
* Conduct regular existing product trainings / promotions to new sales, new dealers and new customers
* Collect regional improvement feedback and prepare improvement suggestions on products and selling tools from
* Support product managers to collect regional intelligence (regional regulation, accounts movement / store open plan, key dealer movement, competition movement) on a regular basis, and prepare actions.
* Next steps, develop and lead a team of 4 regional marketing managers of China
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in HVAC&R is must, MBA from well-known school preferred
- 4 - 7 years of experience of similar or same role, similar product knowledge, system design and application experience is a must. (HVAC and / or refrigeration both acceptable)
- Self-motivating, Highly confident, Perform well under high pressure
- Work and think in a structure and organized way; Excellence in time management and multi-tasks;
- Can think out of box to generate innovative ideas and coordinate resource to solve problems
- Excellence in Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and presentation skills
- Excellence in English and Chinese language skills
