About Our Client

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Key Account Manager to join a multi-national logistics company. This role will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts in the region, ensuring the delivery of integrated logistics solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement integrated logistics solutions tailored to client requirements, enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue up selling and cross-selling initiatives to maximise revenue and profit margin.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Track account performance metrics, ensuring service level agreements are met and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or business development in the logistics or supply chain industry. At least 5 years of experience in direct client account management.
  • Strong understanding of integrated logistics solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytically and problem-solving abilities.
