We're seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst to provide crucial support within our Technology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving our IT infrastructure within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Manage global IT infra project
  • Requires all-round infra skills (Sharepoint, MS, o365, network etc.)

Job Description

As a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and leading global and regional IT infra projects (MS platform, O365, Sharepoint, network etc.)
  • Work very closely with the global team
  • Identifying areas for improvement within the IT infrastructure
  • Implementing new IT systems and processes
  • Providing technical support and guidance to other departments
  • Ensuring the security of the IT infrastructure
  • Monitoring the performance of the IT systems
  • Coordinating with external IT vendors

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst should have:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Must have extensive regional or global IT project management experience in prior
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication skills (excellent in English, Chinese - both Mandarin and Cantonese)
