They are currently looking for a Regional HR Manager for the Hong Kong office.

Job Description

  • Act as the Head of HR function to provide HR services and advice for the Region, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea
  • Manage end to end employee life cycle, including recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management & development, manpower planning, HR policy review, etc.
  • Develop and retain high-performing and talented workforce for APAC countries
  • Liaise with regional HR team for company initiatives, ensuring HR policies, people development initiatives and strategies are in place
  • Provide advisory to business line managers to facilitate achievement of established business objectives throughout a proper people management
  • Effectively communicate to employees on main relevant topics regarding work-life, HR processes, main organizational changes, etc.
  • Prepare HR regular reports for management review

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines; Overseas experience is advantageous
  • Approx. 5 - 10 years' experience in human resources functions from multinational company background
  • Familiar with employment law in Hong Kong; ideally Taiwan and Korea as well
  • Flexible, detail-minded, independant, strong interpersonal skills with can do attitude
  • Fluent English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Strong computer skills, using MS Office - PPT & Excel
