About Our Client
Our client is an international up-and-coming TravelTech start-up with growing reputation in Asia. They are looking to strengthen their sales function and are keen on bringing in a sales leader.
Reporting directly to Regional COO, this role will be leading a team of sales professional across APAC region. Working closely with the marketing team that will be responsible for building brand awareness and lead generation, you will be responsible for grooming and developing a solid regional sales team in lead conversion, driving pricing strategies as well as developing b2b partnership at corporate level. You will also be the key initiator in driving further change and enhance customer experience by providing the product and tech team with market insights and consumer behaviours.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should be at a stage where he/she is seeking for entrepreneurship. Top-notch sales skills and sales leadership is required. You need to be prepared to be both hands-on and strategic in a start-up environment. Prior experience in TravelTech or other new technology sectors will be highly preferred. You should be great at driving lead conversion and commercial negotiations to achieve win-win situations. b2b corporate partnership experience is a plus.
