About Our Client
Our client is a global beauty brand offering skincare, cosmetics and fragrance products. They are currently looking for Digital & CRM manager to further develop their digital marketing & CRM strategies for brand awareness across Asia Pacific Region.
You will be directly reporting Digital Director, Asia and responsible for developing new digital touch points to build its online presence, including social media channels, online PR/KOL, mobile apps. You will need to lead the delivery of eCRM strategy, operation and e-CRM campaigns execution. You will need to liaise with local team, external vendors and internal IT/Marketing team to ensure quality implementation and maintenance of CRM and digital campaigns & projects. You will also help to develop new online monitoring and data analytical models to keep track campaign effectiveness and customer behavior for better ROI.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree educated in marketing, business, digital or a related discipline. You will have a minimum of 6 years of digital/CRM in retail industry in a regional scale. Expert in Google Analytics, CRM, SEO/SEM, and social media channels. Strong in number and data management. Excellent interpersonal skills with good communication skills in Both English and Chinese.
