About Our Client

Responsible for managing sales data from APAC distributors, producing timely sales reports, analysing revenue and manufacturing cost trends, and providing insights to support Business Directors and C-Level management across the region.

Job Description

  • Collect, clean, and consolidate sales data from ERP and APAC distributors.
  • Prepare and send daily sales performance reports (target, forecast, actuals, gap analysis).
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, SQL, Excel/VBA.
  • Analyse revenue trends, country performance, and manufacturing cost impact.
  • Support pricing, forecasting, and sales operations tasks assigned by the Revenue Operations Manager.
  • Ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor in Business Adminstration, Statistics or relevant disciplines
  • 3-5 years experience in Data Analysis/ Business Intelligence
  • Strong in data storytelling; derive data into insights
  • Strong proficiency in Excel VBA, SQL; Python is an advantage.
  • Strong in dashboard development (e.g. Power BI).
  • Strong in driving regional projects and supporting multi‑country data operations preferred. MNC background is preferred
  • Experience in B2B2C or tangible product businesses (distribution, retail, consumer goods, equipment, etc.).
  • Excellent command in English and Cantonese.
  • Highly detail‑minded, accurate, and fast in handling data.
  • Stable profile is required.
