About Our Client
Our client is a renowned consumer product with long heritage and excellent brand positioning in the market in their respective fields. In line with their growth plan, they are looking for a seasoned leadership position.
Reporting to General Manager, APAC, you will be responsible for overseeing full commercial function ranging from marketing, channel sales, distributor management to product management. Acting as one of the key P&L owner, you will be required to derive appropriate sales and product management strategies across Asia region with key focus on China and other North Asia region (especially Korea and Japan). Working in a lean regional team structure and setting, you will be require to constantly liaise with different internal commercial teams at global level or other regional offices in order to come up with tailored localised strategies, with the ultimate objectives of driving new business strategies to fuel the growth.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should speak good English and Chinese with strong sales & marketing experience at regional level in field of consumer products/durables. Strong distributor management experience is highly preferred while you should have strong understanding about consumer behaviour, branding and digital strategies. You need to be able to think strategically while being able to be hands-on given the lean hierarchy. In addition, you need to be an excellent communicator and coordinator.
