With their established brand and expanding business in Asia Pacific, they are looking to further invest and accelerate their business. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter to take on a large scope as their Regional Business Development Manager.
My client is looking for a strong sales and business development professional with regional exposure to take on this critical role. Your role will be key in leading the sales development of Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea. You will find new business opportunities, expand channels and distributors and will also continue to build strong relationships with existing partners, supporting them to drive revenue and adhere to the brand's objectives. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans and understand where the growth opportunities lies within each region. Strong leadership will be needed for this hands-on role. This position will have a high aspect of travel.
The Successful Applicant
You must have at least 5 years of experience in a regional sales position with experiences with Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea markets. This position requires a candidate with experiences in premium/luxury consumer goods or consumer electronics products. You must be a self-starter with excellent sales management, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. You must have at least 3 years of distribution management experience. You must be proactive, creative and have a strong sales track record. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required.
