About Our Client

Our client is a leading Beauty brand with good market reputation. We are seeking a Regional Assistant VM Manager with expertise in visual merchandising in Beauty industry for APAC market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visual merchandising, projects management including new store opening, product launch management for multi-channels. This role requires a beauty visual merchandising background, creative, energetic, passionate in makeup artistry.

Job Description

  • Direct report to Regional Senior VM Manager.
  • Lead and manage VM projects including product launch calendar, pop-up store renovation for APAC market.
  • Support the creation of visual merchandising guidelines and practices for APAC region.
  • Act as a key liaison between Global& Regional VM team and any external parties in VM project management, including cost management, project planning, production schedule, etc.
  • Analyse competitor activities and beauty trend to ensure the company visual merchandising strategies are on trend.
  • Work closely with internal partners and external vendors to ensure the project progression is under company guidelines and standards.
  • Oversee the VM budget for accurate financial management, including PO and payment processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder in visual merchandising or any related discipline with 5 years of beauty visual merchandising, multiple projects management.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator are preferred.
  • Able to work independently and multitasking are required
  • Candidates with creative and strong beauty sense are desired.
  • Good team player with can-do spirit, passionate in Makeup are preferred
