About Our Client
Our client has more than 100 years in the field and is an industry leader in its products and services on a global scale. The opportunity has arisen for a talented HR professional join this truly international and MNC business. As part of their Regional HQ, they are currently seeking an Assistant HR Manager.
Reporting directly to the Reporting Director of HR, this role will take a lead role for the region covering Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, and Japan in delivering full-spectrum HR needs for the business. This will include Recruitment, Talent Management, Payroll, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations. You will partner with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and to provide proactive and high quality HR service delivery. Working directly with their Global HQ, you will support the implementation of HR initiatives across the region.
The Successful Applicant
In order to qualify for this role, you will have at least 5 years' experience as a HR Generalist within a MNC, with hands-on experience handling payroll. Creative and resourceful, your ability to work independently whilst building strong relationships will be critical to the success of this role. Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must.
