About Our Client
Our client is a leading big data company with offices with multiple offices around the globe. They are currently looking for a Regional Account Manager with excellent client facing skills to handle their key accounts. The Regional Account Manager will handle ongoing projects with these clients. This will be an exciting opportunity for individuals with all-rounded digital marketing experience who is keen to work with big retail luxury brands.
You will be reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager. Acting as the Regional Account Manager, you will take up a key role in campaigns management with the vision and to develop strong working relationship with multinational corporations clients. You will be responsible to manage day to day responses of product related escalations and ensure client satisfaction. The position will also work with internal team members and other internal cross-functional departments to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 4 years of solid experience in digital marketing, marketing or account management. You should have experience with strategic planning for acquisition campaigns, brand awareness campaigns, preferably from advertising agency. The ideal candidate should be skilled with performance data analysis to provide insight on potential performance improvements. Aside from excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, the successful application should demonstrate a high level of communication and presentation skills.
