The Sourcing Hub is located in Greater Bay Area - Qianhai and was established to support talent sourcing across the Greater China region.

Job Description

As Recruitment Specialist You Will:

  • Partner with the Team Lead to identify and engage top talent in the Hong Kong market.
  • Collaborate with the Hiring Manager to develop effective sourcing strategies Manage the full sourcing lifecycle, from job brief to delivering shortlisted candidates.
  • Proactively build and maintain pipelines of candidate prospects for specialized skill sets. Create and ensure the accuracy of candidate records in the database.
  • Track candidate progress and analyze conversion rates to optimize sourcing efforts.
  • Efficiently manage high-volume candidate screening processes.

The Successful Applicant

If you have the following attributes, we would love to hear from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is a MUST.
