About Our Client
My client is a top-ranked international law firm with 10 offices globally. They are currently recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in Hong Kong in a newly created position.
Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager for Asia, you will partner closely with your manager to drive the full process across Asia for both lateral recruitment and graduate recruitment. This role will take a hands-on approach in planning and facilitation the recruitment cycle. This will include recruitment for the US Summer Associate Program, Lateral Associate/Counsel Hiring for both Hong Kong and US, whilst also managing the candidate interview procedures. You will work directly with Partners and stakeholders to better understand recruitment needs and manage the process independently.
The Successful Applicant
In order to qualify for this role, you will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, with at least 4 years' in-house recruitment experience. Experience within a fast-paced environment, or within legal or professional services would be preferable. An essential part of the role will require someone who is proactive and solution-oriented. In order to be successful, you will have excellent English and Chinese language skills, with the ability to work with senior level stakeholder confidently.
