Job Description

As Michael Page Permanent Recruitment Consultant You Will:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients, while proactively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
  • Becoming an industry expert by networking and staying ahead of market trends.
  • Attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies.
  • Guiding clients and candidates through the interview and offer process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Collaborating within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in B2B, consultative, or relationship-driven roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.

  • Familiarity with the business services industry is advantageous.
  • High proficiency in English and Chinese with strong interpersonal and communication skills
