At Page Group, we run our recruitment business by specialism and you will work alongside experienced recruiters and senior management to learn the ins and outs of recruitment. You will attend full day classroom training and receive on the job training on a daily basis, with the aim of having a clear understanding of the recruitment cycle and develop the ability and skills to recruit. As a recruiter, you will manage a portfolio of clients, and build close partnership with them to understand their HR needs. You will develop a strong understanding of their hiring requirements, culture and values to deliver the best recruitment solutions and attract the best talents for the role. You will continuously expand your network in the market to open new streams of business whilst growing your portfolio of job openings through active business development, client visits and driving client events. In addition, you will conduct quality candidate interviews for behavioural based assessments and evaluations whilst growing the candidate pool by advertising, referral and other networking events. Initially you will partner with your manager on job management, and eventually you will manage the entire recruitment process from job requirement, candidate sourcing to offer management by yourself. As a company, we run a number of CSR activities and participate in various sports clubs and competitions. You will be welcome to join according to your interest.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should be an individual with a minimum of 2-3 years' of working experience preferably in sales, human resources of other account servicing experience. You should be a professional who enjoys excelling yourself with an ever learning, persistent and never give up attitude. This is a role where communication, negotiation, influencing and process management skills are key, therefore you should feel comfortable and confident when conversing with with internal and external parties, constantly refining your communication skills whilst being able to work under pressure and deliver timely and first class recruitment solutions to clients and candidates. Recruitment is a multi-task, results-driven sales environment, those who are interested in pursuing this career should have a positive and open mindset, and be able to face challenges head on. Fluency in English and Chinese will be essential.
